Not So Cheesy Dollar Store Bats

I am always trying to find realistic bat props. I feel it's all in thie shape and silhouette. Here Is one attempt I made cutting off the wings of a dollar store bat and repositioning them. Wrap him up like a burrito so the thumbs stick out by his head. Fake fur to get that hairy look and wire to hang up ( or 3M stickey hook tape). Repeat around 100 times and you have a colony! Add a pile of guano below them to make it complete.

Not a lot of cool stuff at walgreens but these resin pumpkin/ skull candle props are interesting. The sculpted candle is interesting.... Cool for a mantel /indoor prop. Maybe I could make the pumpkin one into a door hanger scarecrow.....

My New Eyes Came In

Got a new delivery from G Schoepfer Eyes. Order some before and they were nice but I jacked them up with paint and stuff. So I got some backups...

Old Time Pottery find

Bats will play a big part in this years theme, if I can enhance them somehow with latex over the wings.
